We Welcome Scott Townsend as Vice President of Information Technology

Kalamazoo, MI — Arbor Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce that Scott Townsend has joined the organization as Vice President of Information Technology, bringing nearly 30 years of technology leadership experience across the credit union, healthcare, and mortgage industries.

In this role, Townsend will guide Arbor’s technology strategy and help advance innovative solutions that enhance the member experience. His deep background in information systems, digital platforms, and organizational leadership positions him to strengthen how technology supports Arbor’s employees and members as the credit union continues to grow.

Outside of work, Townsend is an avid hockey player and a USA Hockey‑certified referee, reflecting his dedication to teamwork, integrity, and leadership, core qualities that align with Arbor’s member‑focused mission.
