Your New Mobile & Online Banking Experience is Here!
We’re excited to share that your upgraded digital banking platform is now live! To help you get the most out of the new experience, here are a few things to know:
✔️ No Need to Change Your Login.
Your Login ID and Password will stay the same. You will be prompted to change it at the initial login, but you can use the same credentials if you'd like. After the upgrade, simply log in as usual. For your security, you’ll receive a Secure Access Code via text, email, or phone to confirm your identity. Please note: if joint owners use the same login as the primary member, only the primary member’s debit card will display. Primary and joint owners can easily create a separate login by clicking Enroll on the login screen.
✔️ App Update Information.
- iPhone Users: If automatic updates are turned on, your app should update on its own. If not, simply visit the App Store and tap “Update” to enjoy the latest features.

Android Users: The app is here! Simply download it from the Google Play Store by clicking here.
✔️ Re-Establish Your Alerts
To continue receiving account notifications, you’ll need to set up your alerts again in the new system. You’ll now find even more alert options under: Security & Settings and Card Management > Card Tools.
✔️ Re-Establish Member-to-Member Transfers
Transfers to joint owner accounts have been carried over automatically. However, if you previously set up transfers to other Arbor accounts where you're not a joint owner, you'll need to re-establish them.
✔️ Credit Card Access
Your credit card details have carried over. For enhanced features, head to Card Management > Card Tools > Credit Card Portal. The first time you log in, you'll be prompted to register and accept the terms and conditions.
✔️ Debit Card Visibility for Joint Owners
If joint owners use the same login as the primary member, only the primary member’s debit card will appear. To view individual debit cards, joint owners can create their own login by selecting Enroll on the login screen.

Customize your experience by choosing up to 10 favorite accounts to display on your home page for quick balance views. You can also organize your accounts in any order you prefer—making it easier to see what matters most to you.
Enhanced Alerts
Stay in the know with customizable alerts for any of your accounts—including card control alerts. Get notified about spending limits, payment due dates, unusual activity, card usage, and more. It’s quick and easy to set up the alerts that matter most to you.

Card Management
Easily manage your debit and credit cards right from Mobile & Online Banking. You can view card details, set up alerts, lock or unlock your card if it’s lost, report it stolen, file disputes, and more. Simply go to: Card Management > Card Tools > Credit Card Portal.

No, your login information will remain the same. We will send you a Secure Access Code via email or phone that you will need to use to securely log in. You will be prompted to create a new password; however, you can use your current password.

Before the upgrade, make sure your phone number and email are up to date in our system by April 27—this will help ensure a smooth login experience.
After the upgrade, if you have trouble logging in, try resetting your password first. Then, check your phone or email for the Secure Access Code (SAC) we sent.

Yes, you will still have access to past data and information.

All account information except alerts and automatic and scheduled member-to-member transfers will transition over, including nicknames, Bill Pay data, scheduled transfers, Zelle® details, and MORE.

No, after the upgrade, all card control features will be built right into mobile and online banking. It’ll be easier than ever to set alerts, turn your card on or off, and manage your card in one place.

Once the new Online & Mobile Banking launches, you will have access to Agent MOE. Your mobile and Online Experience expert. This tool is available to you 24/7 and can help answer questions you may have about Mobile & Online Banking.
