Lost/Stolen Reporting

The last thing you want to deal with when you’re on the road is losing your credit card or having it stolen. If it happened to you, would you know what to do? If you have Arbor Financial's Mobile & Online Banking, you can instantly lock and unlock your debit and credit cards with your mobile device and report your card lost or stolen within the card management section. Once you report it in the app, you will instantly receive a temporary card that you can add to your Digital Wallet, so your vacation will have no interruptions. After your trip, once the new card is issued and mailed to you, activate it using the instructions provided, then add it to your digital wallet. The temporary card will only be available for 60 days.

For added convenience, you can set up travel notifications to ensure uninterrupted use of your card when you’re out of town. If you don’t have digital banking, no worries, you can enroll at any time by clicking the "Enroll" link on the Online Banking Login Page. 

Emergency Card Replacement & Emergency Cash Disbursement

Reporting your card lost or stolen is one thing, but what if you need to use the card to pay your hotel bill, or your entire wallet was stolen, and you need access to cash immediately? Visa will work with Arbor Financial to provide you with an emergency cash advance and/or replacement card in no time. Toll-free numbers are available 24/7. If you reported it via the Mobile App, you will also receive a temporary card that you can add to your phone or watch's Digital Wallet, so you won't need to go without a card. 

Zero Liability Policy

Rest assured that if your card is ever lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised, you will not be held liable for unauthorized purchases as long as you report it within a reasonable time frame. After you lock your card, waiting to straighten things out until you get back home in a week is fine, but don’t put it off for three months; otherwise, you may risk losing the liability benefit.
