WEST, MI- Arbor Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Cullen McKinley to Vice President of Commercial Banking. McKinley brings nearly 30 years of experience in risk management and commercial lending. He has worked for Arbor since 2018, most recently as the Director of Credit Administration, and holds a degree in Economics & Management from Albion College.

In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Arbor Financials continuing growth and expansion of the member business lending division and directs the credit union’s commercial lending activities, including loan growth, treasury management activities, and government-guaranteed lending programs.

McKinley says that Arbor Financial is a great fit for him and that the core values of working together, doing the right thing, and having fun are put into action every day. “Our Commercial Loan team is very experienced, and our local roots and collaboration often allow us to find win-win solutions that others can’t or won’t entertain. We are here to serve our business owners, real estate investors, and entrepreneurs to help them succeed financially, along with their families, employees, and customers.”

When not in the office, you can usually find Cullen spending time with his two sons, walking one of our great local trails, or serving our community by partnering with a local non-profit organization.
