We have upgraded our account alerts, enabling you to receive alerts the moment something important happens in your account.  Messages can be sent via email, texted to you, or pushed through our mobile app, so you can keep better track of your money and spend less time doing it.

With more than 20 account alerts available, you'll be able to customize the alerts you would like to receive and how you would like to receive them.  You can set alerts for account activity, like balance drops and debit card usage.  You can also set alerts for things like ATM withdrawals and password changes. The alerts are conveneint, and can also help you spot signs of fraud and identity theft.

With eight categories to choose from, you can select the alerts that work best for you:

Create Your Alerts in eBanking

Sign into eBanking and select the “Alerts” from either the Accounts or Account Services tabs.  Click “Add an Alert” then select from the category of alerts available.  From there, you’ll be able to select an alert from that category.  Finally, you select if you would like to receive the alert via email and/or text message.  You can set up as many alerts from as many categories as you like.

Are there any other requirements for using the app?
Users of our mobile banking app must have an existing digital banking account with Arbor Financial Credit Union. After downloading and launching the app, you will be required to log in with your digital banking account credentials. All account information will be imported automatically from your digital banking account.

How do I enable mobile alerts from my phone?
To access the new mobile alert features, users must download the latest version of our mobile banking app. After logging in to the app, simply select “More” from the main menu and then tap the new “Alerts” option. From here, users can create a variety of custom alerts based on transaction and account activity.
