Be a Credit Union Saver, & Your Savings Will Never Go Extinct

National Credit Union Youth Month serves to encourage kids to develop healthy saving habits by making savings fun and exciting. The theme for this year’s Youth Month is “Be a credit union saver, & your savings will never go extinct."

If you have been looking for ways to empower your youth to save for their future, National Credit Union Youth Month is a great opportunity to start. Join us this April as credit unions across the country focus on educating youth about financial health. This celebration is a great time to engage with your children and help them develop good financial habits.

Save & Be Entered To Win $25

We would like to invite members ages 18 and under to participate in the Arbor Financial Youth Savings Challenge!

To participate:

  • Make a deposit into your Arbor Financial Credit Union account during the month of April.
  • The more times you deposit, the more your name will be entered into the drawing! One entry per day per person.
  • In May, we will draw four lucky members to win a $25 Visa gift card.
Arbor Financial will also be participating in the CUNA National Youth Savings Challenge during the month of April. In May, the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) will randomly select a participating credit union to receive a grand prize of $1,000. If Arbor Financial is chosen, we will then randomly select 10 members who participated in the Arbor Financial Youth Savings Challenge to win $100!

Join us for Story Time!

Join Mrs. Sara every Thursday in April at 4 p.m. for a virtual story time. Each week, we will focus on a new topic of financial literacy and following the readings one lucky viewer will receive a copy of the book. Printable activities can be found below with each title.

While we are excited for this event to be live, we understand that everyone's schedule is different. Each registered guest will receive a  recording of the story following the live event. You can then watch it with your child when the time is right for you.

Register once and receive your personal Zoom link for all five readings!
