Scheduled Downtime & Banking Accessibility 

To help prepare for the refresh, there will be a period of time when Bill Pay and Online Banking will be unavailable. 

> UNAVAILABLE: Sunday, Oct 4 - 7:00 PM
Mobile & Online Banking including Bill Pay will be unavailable. All scheduled payments will still occur. However, Bill Pay will not be available to schedule new payments or add new payees.

The new Mobile & Online Banking system will be available at 8:00 AM.

Timeline For Mobile & Online Banking Refresh

First Time Log In

Once we are live on October 7, follow these instructions to log in for the first time:

  1. Enter your USER ID - which is your current USER ID
  2. Enter password - your password will be your USER ID (all lowercase) + your two-digit birth month.
  3. Verify your identity - you will receive a code via a call or text that you will enter where prompted to verify your identity
  4. Choose new security questions
  5. Choose a new password
  6. Read and accept disclosures
  7. You're in!
* Please note: business accounts will need a seperate login and password. 

For business accounts, your password will be your USER ID (IN ALL CAPS) + the last 3-digits of your Tax ID. Secondary users passwords will log in using USER ID + first 2-letters of their own first name.

Download the new Mobile App

After the Mobile & Online Banking refresh takes place on October 7, you can access our new Mobile App.

Automatic Updates: If the apps on your phone are set for automatic updates, the new Arbor Mobile App will replace the existing one when it's launched to teh App Store or Google Play.

Manual Updates: If you choose to update your app manually, simply download the new version on, of after, the evening of October 7.

Download App: Visit the App Store or Google Play and look for the newest version with a solid green background as shown.

*Please note: business accounts will have just one app! The new app will be used for both personal and business accounts; however, each will need a separate login and password.

Key Highlights of the New Platform

Bell  View your entire financial picture with this newest tool! You can pull in data from all your accounts (even at other financial institutions) and see an interactive dashboard that will help you budget, set goals, manage your finances and make well-informed financial decisions.
Letter "Z" with a line through it to resemble a dollar sign.  Zelle is a fast, safe and easy way to send money directly between almost any bank accounts in the U.S., typically within minutes1. With just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number, you can send money to people you trust, regardless of where they bank2.
Secure forms      You can request a skip payment on a loan, a stop payment on a check, or send travel alerts to us so your debit card isn’t blocked while out of town all in one convenient location via online banking.
Bell  ALL NEW ALERTS - You can receive alerts in real-time on any device, and you can take immediate action to address specific needs.
Transfer              You will have more convenient online account-to-account transfer capabilities, including securely transferring funds to and from other financial institutions. Move your money when and where you need it!
Security       You will notice a new enhanced security feature, multi-factor authentication, that will ask for two pieces of evidence before granting access to your banking. Multi-factor authentication will help keep fraudsters away.
As part of the refresh, we’ll be rolling out a new version of our mobile app!

Yes, you will be provided with a temporary password to access the new site, then you will be prompted to set up new security questions and create a new, permanent password.
Yes, the menu options for alerts has expanded, so you will need to log in and set up all new alerts.
Yes, your automatic bill payments and all payee account information will transition over to the new online banking platform.
No, your account number(s) will remain the same.
If you don’t have the Arbor Financial mobile app already, you will need to download it from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you already have the mobile app, you can simply update it, and the new mobile app should appear (the newest mobile icon has a solid dark green background).
*Must have a bank account in the US to use Zelle.
