The "Stay Home, Stay Safe" executive order issued by Governor Whitmer is in effect for the next three weeks, and we wanted to assure you that Arbor Financial is here for you during this time. We have already taken important steps to help keep employees and members healthy, but now it is necessary to bolster our efforts by further limiting the amount of people who come into the branches.
Branches: Drive-Thru for Transactions, Meetings by Appointment
As a financial institution, Arbor Financial is deemed an essential service provider during this COVID-19 response, and we will remain open to serve our members. However, in light of the Governor's order, we will now have an appointment-only policy for members who need to meet with us inside one of our branches. You may schedule an in-branch appointment online or by calling (269) 375-6702. Please continue to use our drive-thrus for transactions.
We Will Remain Open
As a credit union, our employees are considered to be part of the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce as determined by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and is included in Governor Whitmer's order. We will be here for you throughout the COVID-19 situation, and you will continue to have full access to your money through our branch drive-thrus, ATMs, online banking and mobile app. Arbor Financial Credit Union is a federally insured financial institution through the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), and your money is safe and working for you.
Financial Relief Program
If you are being financially impacted, we are working with members to provide solutions with our Arbor Financial Relief Program, including fee-free Skip-a-Payment options, Relief Loans, 90-Day No Pay Loan options, and possible relief for mortgage or commercial loan payments.
