Thank you for your understanding, flexibility and patience while we adjust and respond to the COVID-19 outbreak.

Keeping you safe.

You will notice some changes we have made to our lobbies, as we continue to monitor state and federal guidelines. For everyone's safety, we have made the following adjustments:

  • Social Distancing - We will be adhering to social distancing guidelines in our lobbies. Please use the floor markings to maintain at least six feet from others while inside.
  • Cough Guards - We have installed acrylic cough guards at many of our service areas.
  • Masks - We are requesting that visitors plan on wearing a mask when onsite where social distancing is not able to be achieved.

Access to your money.

The safest and easiest way to access your money 24 hours a day is through our online banking or mobile app, or by visiting a fee-free ATM at one of our 37,000 locations. Protect yourself from cyber scams.

Keep in mind that scams and spoofing may increase during this time. It is important to note that if we reach out to you, we will never ask for confidential information, such as your name, password, personal identification number (PIN) or other account information. You can review the Federal Trade Commission's advice for consumers to protect yourself from scams.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and stand ready to serve you. We will use email and social media to communicate vital information, so please consider following us on Facebook if you aren't already. Please don't hesitate to contact us at (269) 375-6702 if we can be of assistance.
